New student club at Gloucester High focuses on honoring legacy of Pocahontas

The challenges presented by COVID-19 haven’t stopped Cody Brown, 17, and three other seniors from founding a new student organization at Gloucester High School, called the Pocahontas Leadership Collaborative. The four seniors that founded the PLC are promoting The Pocahontas Project’s nomination of Pocahontas, to replace a statue of Robert E. Lee in the U.S. Capitol.
