We see all kinds of claims in ads for exercise equipment and weight loss products. They are usually made by, or while showing, people who appear to have benefitted from the products being advertise. Should we take those ads at face, or body, value?
Many people rely on diets to lose weight. However, I've got a beef with that strategy. You see, there are three major issues I have with dieting to lose weight.
One problem with many diets is that you cannot live with them. They are either too hard to follow, or are not something someone would want to follow for life. Also, many diets are not healthy and do not actually produce permanent weight loss. A good solution would be a liveable diet, don't you think?
