This is the story of Annabell Hobbs, as told to Hannah Fink.
Growing up I had four sisters, and I grew up in a very Catholic home. I was the eldest ... and instead of being able to go out with friends I had to watch my sisters. One thing we did a lot was makeovers and dress-up. This was something that in retrospect brought us closer. And growing up I helped them make outfits and still did their makeup either for school, dances or dates. My parents weren't a fan of pink, so of course I added my own touch of pink. Hair bows, eye shadows, necklaces ... I would give them little things of pink to wear for special occasions, and seeing the joy on their faces and how happy they were is what pink means to me.See More Contributions
