We didn't have much, but there was lots of love

In my memory and being a PK (preacher's kid) raised in a family of 7 children in the end of the Depression years, those were hard times as we did not have special vacations and cruises. But we did have lots of love, being with Grandma and Grandpa, aunts and uncles, going to family reunions, and playing games with my sisters and brother. We had lots of church friends and I enjoyed going to church. We went to town on Saturday and to church on Sunday and prayer meetings through the week. I had a wonderful mother and father and really did not even miss all the other events going on.
